BG looks copied. Looks like you took a BG and put a render on it.
The renders aren't cut around all the way which shows.
If you did make the BG by yourself from scratch and not just off the internet then I give a 6/10.

The leaves and the dice ruin it.. The leaves are too bright.. Lighten them.
Why are the dice in there?
There's like two or three effects in here.. Just stacked on top of each other.. 4/10

Hate the BG. Like the white effect of the render. 7/10

No flow. Three renders? Use only one for now.
It looks like three renders, a BG, text, and one effect. 2/10

Too many fractals.
A render, a bunch of fractal renders, and a white or grey BG? 2/10

You said you've been GFX for 3 years.. Based on your work.. I would say 3-5 months.
Just keep trying.. Watch lots of tutorial videos or look up picture tutorials.
You will be a lot better if you learn how to use effects more.
Plus.. You need to work on flow.
