Ok, once you have downloaded the file, it should be called GUNS_M_PV_AR.rez. Then, copy the file by right clicking it, go to C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\Game, and then paste it. It should say something like, "Do you want to replace this file? Or Keep both copies?". Make sure you pick "replace this file" or whatever, and you should be set.
